List as many adjectives as you can from one extreme to the other — in degrees. Example:
TEPID - WARM - HEATED - HOT - STEAMY - BOILING - TORRID - BURNING
Now try it with the opposite: COOL to FREEZING
I’ll bet you feel cooler already.
